According to the company's monitoring on April 27, 2023, Zhengzhen Metal was successfully selected for the "Shenzhen 2023 Third Batch of National Science and Technology Small and Medium Enterprises Recognition and Publicity List" on April 26, 2023.

The selection for this project indicates that Zhengzhen Metal can enjoy policy support from the local government. According to the project requirements, enterprises need to meet the following application conditions to be included in the list:

1. Resident enterprises registered within China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan);

2. The total number of employees shall not exceed 500, the annual sales revenue shall not exceed 200 million yuan, and the total assets shall not exceed 200 million yuan;

3. The products and services provided by the enterprise do not belong to the prohibited, restricted, or eliminated categories stipulated by the state;

4. The enterprise has not reported any major safety or quality accidents, serious environmental violations, or serious dishonesty in scientific research in the previous year or within that year, and the enterprise has not been included in the list of abnormal business operations or the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises;

5. The comprehensive evaluation score obtained by enterprises based on the evaluation indicators of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises shall not be less than 60 points, and the score of the indicators for scientific and technological personnel shall not be less than 0 point;

6. Enterprises that meet the conditions of items 1 to 4 can be directly recognized as technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises if they simultaneously meet one of the following conditions:

    (1) The enterprise has a valid high-tech enterprise qualification certificate;

    (2) The enterprise has received national level technology awards in the past five years and ranks among the top three award-winning units;

    (3) The enterprise has recognized research and development institutions at or above the provincial or ministerial level;

    (4) The enterprise has led the development of international standards, national standards or industrial standards in the past five years.
